Personality:

Viola is very shy, especially aroukd anyone they consider authority, so at first glance they tend to keep to themselves and be very obedient and quiet. However, when asked about something they're passionate about their demeanor completely changes - they light up and become talkative, cheerful, and very friendly. They have very low self esteem and in turn tend to think others assume the worst of them, so they tend to distance themselves and don't have very many friends. They love plants, especially flowers, more than anything else in the world.

Biography

Viola was created for the purpose of serving a very rich family as a maid and nanny, and was taught from creation to be very servile and quiet. They always did exactly as told, and placed their whole identity in the work they did for them. As such, when they were unceremoniously thrown out the door to be replaced with a newer model, they at first had no idea what to do with themselves and became incredibly depressed.

After at first wandering her local city with nowhere to go, Viola stumbled across a local greenhouse and absolutely fell in love with the plants and flowers there. They had always admired nature from a distance, having never been allowed outside, so they became extremely excited. The owner, a middle aged woman, took pity on them upon learning they were stranded, and offered to give them a place to stay if they could help around the house and with the plants.

As such, Viola began to adjust to a new life where they were no longer forced to be quiet and docile at all times. Instead, they found themselves encouraged to speak their opinions and learn new things, as well as interact freely with customers. This was very difficult for them, but customers loved them due to their kind and helpful nature, and they began to feel at home amongst their job and their new mother figure. They still struggle greatly with thei self image, but they are slowly learning that life is more than being a servant.
